At Hair Pair, we do our best to provide not only a great service and an even better experience. By booking an appointment, you agree that you have read and understood our policies.

We understand that things can come up. We value your time and we hope you value our time as well. In the event that you need to cancel an appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us or not showing up for your appointment, you will be required to make a $50 non refundable deposit to book in the future. The deposit will go towards your service total.

Due to our limited space and seating, please do not bring children or other people with you for your appointment. Failure to follow this policy will result in your appointment being rescheduled for another date. There is no guarantee you can rescheduled for the same week.

In the unfortunate case you are unhappy with your service, you must contact us within a week of your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate a complimentary retouch. Adjustments beyond a week’s notification will be made as a regular appointment at full price. There are absolutely NO refunds.

Our online booking link is used for you to request an appointment and does not guarantee an appointment for any specific date or time. ALL new color clients are required to have a complimentary consultation prior to booking an appointment. Any appointment that will be booked over three hours will require a $75 non refundable deposit to book, the deposit will go towards your service total. If you arrive 30 minutes past your appointment time you will forfeit your appointment and will need to be rescheduled.
